Instructions

This is pretty similar to how I practise information technology.
I use a couple of her spices and herbs.
I never utilize sugar, instead I use a combination of carrots(caramelized) pineapple and/or daikon, and I think the season of rice wine goes a bit amend๐Ÿ˜‰

Having been to Taiwan twice in 2019, beef noodle soup was the one dish that I loved and then much that I had it multiple times. I decided to try making this recipe, hoping it would be something similar to uncomplicated yet wonderful meal. I accept never understood how a single seize with teeth could send you to another place until now. That first sip of this broth and I was back in Taipei in a dorsum alley restaurant on a rainy afternoon enjoying what had merely become my favorite meal. The season of the goop and the tenderness of the beef are exactly equally I remembered. I never expected that I would be able to recreate that experience, merely here information technology is. Great recipe! Will definitely make this again. Used store-bought spice parcel. Skipped the sichuan peppercorn as I simply whole blazon and was worried that it volition exist also spicy. The recipe already came spicy with the peppercorn. Also, Will use traditional pressure cooker adjacent time. Thank you for this amazing recipe.
